2. Gold Purity & BIS Hallmarking

• All gold jewellery sold by Sri Jaivelan Jewellery carries official BIS 916 Hallmarking guarantee.
• Rates for gold and silver fluctuate daily based on market conditions. Indicative rates shown on the website are updated regularly; however, the billing rate is finalized at the exact time of transaction in-store.

3. Gold Savings / Installment Schemes

• Installments must be paid regularly on or before due dates according to the chosen scheme plan.
• Gold scheme benefits, discounts, or making charge waivers are subject to complete and timely payment of all scheduled installments.
• Cash redemption for gold scheme plans is strictly prohibited under government regulations. Accumulated funds can only be redeemed against gold/silver jewellery purchases.

4. Pricing, Wastage & Taxes

Prices are computed based on gold weight, current rate per gram, craftsmanship/wastage charges, and applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian tax laws.

5. Modifications to Terms

Sri Jaivelan Jewellery reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
